Refund policy
Returning a product or package is easy within 14 days. The products must be demonstrably returned to EnduraVita B.V. within 14 days. Please first notify us of the product via email.
Step 1: Send an email to info@enduravita.com stating that you wish to return the product and provide the reason for the return. Please include your order number or customer details.

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, and oils, these products cannot be returned for health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have damaged products during use, we may charge you for this.
In the case of a return, the total amount of your order will be refunded, and the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we have received the return shipment, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods by means of an official shipping receipt from the shipping point, we will refund the amount.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you any fees for such reimbursement.
If a product does not reach you in good condition, please contact our customer service. We advise you to take a clear photo of the condition of the package upon receipt. Products that do not reach you in good condition should also be returned after contacting EnduraVita's customer service, unless otherwise agreed.
